शास्त्रों के अनुसार, दक्षिणायण को देवताओं की रात्रि अर्थात् नकारात्मकता का प्रतीक तथा उत्तरायण को देवताओं का दिन अर्थात् सकारात्मकता का प्रतीक माना गया है। इसीलिए इस दिन जप, तप, दान, स्नान, श्राद्ध, तर्पण आदि धार्मिक क्रियाकलापों का विशेष महत्व है। ऐसी धारणा है कि इस अवसर पर दिया गया दान सौ गुना बढ़कर पुन: प्राप्त होता है। इस दिन शुद्ध घी एवं कम्बल का दान मोक्ष की प्राप्ति करवाता है।

मकर संक्रांति से अग्नि तत्त्व की शुरुआत होती है और कर्क संक्रांति से जल तत्त्व की. इस समय सूर्य उत्तरायण होता है अतः इस समय किये गए जप और दान का फल अनंत गुना होता है मकर संक्रान्ति के अवसर पर गंगास्नान एवं गंगातट पर दान को अत्यन्त शुभ माना गया है। इस पर्व पर तीर्थराज प्रयाग एवं गंगासागर में स्नान को महास्नान की संज्ञा दी गयी है। सामान्यत: सूर्य सभी राशियों को प्रभावित करते हैं, किन्तु कर्क व मकर राशियों में सूर्य का प्रवेश धार्मिक दृष्टि से अत्यन्त फलदायक है। यह प्रवेश अथवा संक्रमण क्रिया छ:-छ: माह के अन्तराल पर होती है। भारत देश उत्तरी गोलार्ध में स्थित है। मकर संक्रान्ति से पहले सूर्य दक्षिणी गोलार्ध में होता है अर्थात् भारत से अपेक्षाकृत अधिक दूर होता है। इसी कारण यहाँ पर रातें बड़ी एवं दिन छोटे होते हैं तथा सर्दी का मौसम होता है। किन्तु मकर संक्रान्ति से सूर्य उत्तरी गोलार्द्ध की ओर आना शुरू हो जाता है। अतएव इस दिन से रातें छोटी एवं दिन बड़े होने लगते हैं तथा गरमी का मौसम शुरू हो जाता है। दिन बड़ा होने से प्रकाश अधिक होगा तथा रात्रि छोटी होने से अन्धकार कम होगा। अत: मकर संक्रान्ति पर सूर्य की राशि में हुए परिवर्तन को अंधकार से प्रकाश की ओर अग्रसर होना माना जाता है। प्रकाश अधिक होने से प्राणियों की चेतनता एवं कार्य शक्ति में वृद्धि होगी।

भविष्यपुराण के अनुसार सूर्य के उत्तरायण के दिन संक्रांति व्रत करना चाहिए। पानी में तिल मिलाकार स्नान करना चाहिए। अगर संभव हो तो गंगा स्नान करना चाहिए। इस द‍िन तीर्थ स्थान या पवित्र नदियों में स्नान करने का महत्व अधिक है। इसके बाद भगवान सूर्यदेव की पंचोपचार विधि से पूजा-अर्चना करनी चाहिए इसके बाद यथा सामर्थ्य गंगा घाट अथवा घर मे ही पूर्वाभिमुख होकर यथा सामर्थ्य गायत्री मन्त्र अथवा सूर्य के इन मंत्रों का अधिक से अधिक जाप करना चाहिए।

पूजा-अर्चना में भगवान को भी तिल और गुड़ से बने सामग्रियों का भोग लगाएं। तदोपरान्त ज्यादा से ज्यादा भोग प्रसाद बांटे।

इसके घर में बनाए या बाजार में उपलब्ध तिल के बनाए सामग्रियों का सेवन करें। इस पुण्य कार्य के दौरान किसी से भी कड़वे बोलना अच्छा नहीं माना गया है। 

मकर संक्रांति पर अपने पितरों का ध्यान और उन्हें तर्पण जरूर देना चाहिए।

*शुभ कब है मुहूर्त्त ?---*

मकर संक्रांति २०२१ इस साल बेहद खास संयोग में आ रहा है। इस पर अच्छी बात यह भी है कि इस साल मकर संक्रांति की तिथि को लेकर किसी तरह का कन्फ्यूजन भी नहीं है। इस साल मकर संक्रांति  

१४ जनवरी को ही पूरे देश में मनाई जाएगी। इसी दिन पोंगल, बिहू और उत्तरायण पर्व भी मनाया जाएगा।

*मकर संक्रांति पर सूर्य का मकर में प्रवेश*

मकर संक्रांति १४ जनवरी को मनाए जाने की वजह यह है कि इस साल ग्रहों के राजा सूर्य का मकर राशि में आगमन गुरुवार १४ जनवरी को हो रहा है। गुरुवार को संक्रांति होने की वजह से यह नंदा और नक्षत्रानुसार महोदरी संक्रांति मानी जाएगी जो ब्राह्मणों, शिक्षकों, लेखकों, छात्रों के लिए लाभप्रद और शुभ रहेगी। शास्त्रों का मत है कि संक्रांति के ०६ घंटे २४ मिनट पहले से पुण्य काल का आरंभ हो जाता है। इसलिए इस वर्ष ब्रह्म मुहूर्त से संक्रांति का स्नान दान पुण्य किया जा सकेगा। इस दिन दोपहर 

०२ बजकर ३८ मिनट तक का समय संक्रांति से संबंधित धार्मिक कार्यों के लिए उत्तम रहेगा। वैसे पूरे दिन भी स्नान दान किया जा सकता है।

 *मकर संक्रांति की तिथि का इतिहास---*

मकर संक्रांति पर तिथियों को लेकर बीते कुछ वर्षों में उलझन की स्थिति बनी हुई रहती है क्योंकि कई बार सूर्य का प्रवेश १४ जनवरी को शाम और रात में होता है। ऐसे में शास्त्रों के अनुसार संक्रांति अगले दिन माना जाता है। आपको बता दें कि मकर संक्रांति का समय युगों से बदलता रहा है। ज्योतिषीय गणना और घटनाओं को जोड़ने से मालूम होता है कि महाभारत काल में मकर संक्रांति दिसंबर में मनाई जाती थी। ऐसा उल्लेख मिलता है कि ६ठी शताब्दी में सम्राट हर्षवर्धन के समय में २४ दिसंबर को मकर संक्रांति मनाई गई थी। अकबर के समय में १० जनवरी और शिवाजी महाराज के काल में ११ जनवरी को मकर संक्रांति मनाई गई थी।

*सूर्य की चाल से मकर संक्रांति की तारीख का रहस्य*

मकर संक्रांति की तिथि का यह रहस्य इसलिए है क्योंकि सूर्य की गति एक साल में २० सेकंड बढ जाती है। इस हिसाब से ५००० साल के बाद संभव है कि मकर संक्रांति जनवरी में नहीं बल्कि फरवरी में मनाई जाएगी। वैसे इस साल अच्छी बात यह है कि मकर संक्रांति पर सूर्य का आगमन १४ तारीख को सुबह में ही हो रहा है इसलिए मकर संक्रांति गुरुवार १४ जनवरी को ही मनाई जाएगी।

ऐसे मिली रावण को लंका, एक शाप ने करवा दिया सब स्वाहा हो गया लंका कांड। 

*मकर संक्रांति के साथ समाप्त हो जाएगा खरमास*

मकर संक्रांति को सूर्य के धनु राशि में आने से खरमास समाप्त हो जाएगा। लेकिन इस बार खरमास समाप्त होने पर भी विवाह और दूसरे शुभ कार्य का आयोजन नहीं किया जा सकेगा। इसकी वजह यह है कि मकर संक्रांति के ०३ दिन बाद ही गुरु अस्त हो जा रहे हैं। गुरु तारा अस्त होने से शुभ कार्यों पर १४ फरवरी तक विराम लगा रहेगा।

 *इसलिए अबकी बार मकर*

इस बार मकर संक्रांति के दिन सबसे खास बात यह है कि सूर्य के पुत्र शनि स्वयं अपने घर मकर राशि में गुरु महाराज बृहस्पति और ग्रहों के राजकुमार बुध एवं नक्षत्रपति चंद्रमा को साथ लेकर सूर्यदेव का मकर राशि में स्वागत करेंगे। ग्रहों का ऐसा संयोग बहुत ही दुर्लभ माना जाता है क्योंकि ग्रहों के इस संयोग में स्वयं ग्रहों के राजा, गुरु, राजकुमार, न्यायाधीश और नक्षत्रपति साथ रहेंगे। सूर्य का प्रवेश श्रवण नक्षत्र में होगा जिससे ध्वज नामक शुभ योग बनेगा। ग्रहों के राज सूर्य सिंह पर सवार होकर मकर में संक्रमण करेंगे। ऐसे में राजनीति में सत्ता पक्ष का प्रभाव बढ़ेगा और देश में राजनीतिक उथल-पुथल, कुछ स्थानों पर सत्ता में फेरबदल भी हो सकता है।

सूर्य संक्रांति में मकर सक्रांति का महत्व ही अधिक माना गया है। माघ माह में कृष्ण पंचमी को मकर सक्रांति देश के लगभग सभी राज्यों में अलग-अलग सांस्कृतिक रूपों में मनाई जाती है। आइए जानते हैं कि मकर संक्रांति के बारे में रोचक तथ्‍य।

०१. *मकर संक्रांति का अर्थ*

मकर संक्रांति में 'मकर' शब्द मकर राशि को इंगित करता है जबकि 'संक्रांति' का अर्थ संक्रमण अर्थात प्रवेश करना है। मकर संक्रांति के दिन सूर्य धनु राशि से मकर राशि में प्रवेश करता है। एक राशि को छोड़कर दूसरे में प्रवेश करने की इस विस्थापन क्रिया को संक्रांति कहते हैं। चूंकि सूर्य मकर राशि में प्रवेश करता है इसलिए इस समय को 'मकर संक्रांति' कहा जाता है।

०२. *वर्ष में होती है १२ संक्रांतियां*

पृथ्वी साढ़े २३ डिग्री अक्ष पर झुकी हुई सूर्य की परिक्रमा करती है तब वर्ष में ०४ स्थितियां ऐसी होती हैं, जब सूर्य की सीधी किरणें २१ मार्च और २३ सितंबर को विषुवत रेखा, २१ जून को कर्क रेखा और २२ दिसंबर को मकर रेखा पर पड़ती है। वास्तव में चन्द्रमा के पथ को २७ नक्षत्रों में बांटा गया है जबकि सूर्य के पथ को १२ राशियों में बांटा गया है। भारतीय ज्योतिष में इन ०४ स्थितियों को १२ संक्रांतियों में बांटा गया है जिसमें से ०४ संक्रांतियां महत्वपूर्ण होती हैं- मेष, तुला, कर्क और मकर संक्रांति।

०३. *इस दिन से सूर्य होता है उत्तरायन* 

=========================

चन्द्र के आधार पर माह के ०२ भाग हैं- कृष्ण और शुक्ल पक्ष। इसी तरह सूर्य के आधार पर वर्ष के ०२ भाग हैं- उत्तरायन और दक्षिणायन। इस दिन से सूर्य उत्तरायन हो जाता है। उत्तरायन अर्थात इस समय से धरती का उत्तरी गोलार्द्ध सूर्य की ओर मुड़ जाता है, तो उत्तर ही से सूर्य निकलने लगता है। इसे सोम्यायन भी कहते हैं। ०६ माह सूर्य उत्तरायन रहता है और ०६ माह दक्षिणायन। मकर संक्रांति से लेकर कर्क संक्रांति के बीच के ०६ मास के समयांतराल को उत्तरायन कहते हैं।

भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने भी उत्तरायन का महत्व बताते हुए गीता में कहा है कि उत्तरायन के ०६ मास के शुभ काल में जब सूर्यदेव उत्तरायन होते हैं और पृथ्वी प्रकाशमय रहती है, तो इस प्रकाश में शरीर का परित्याग करने से व्यक्ति का पुनर्जन्म नहीं होता, ऐसे लोग ब्रह्म को प्राप्त होते हैं। यही कारण था कि भीष्म पितामह ने शरीर तब तक नहीं त्यागा था, जब तक कि सूर्य उत्तरायन नहीं हो गया।

०४. *फसलें लहलहाने लगती हैं*

इस दिन से वसंत ऋतु की भी शुरुआत होती है और यह पर्व संपूर्ण अखंड भारत में फसलों के आगमन की खुशी के रूप में मनाया जाता है। खरीफ की फसलें कट चुकी होती हैं और खेतों में रबी की फसलें लहलहा रही होती हैं। खेत में सरसों के फूल मनमोहक लगते हैं।

०५. *संपूर्ण भारत का पर्व*

मकर संक्रांति के इस पर्व को भारत के अलग-अलग राज्यों में वहां के स्थानीय तरीकों से मनाया जाता है। दक्षिण भारत में इस त्योहार को पोंगल के रूप में मनाया जाता है। उत्तर भारत में इसे लोहड़ी, खिचड़ी पर्व, पतंगोत्सव आदि कहा जाता है। मध्यभारत में इसे संक्रांति कहा जाता है। पूर्वोत्तर भारत में बिहू नाम से इस पर्व को मनाया जाता है।

०६. *तिल-गुड़ के लड्डू और पकवान*

सर्दी के मौसम में वातावरण का तापमान बहुत कम होने के कारण शरीर में रोग और बीमारियां जल्दी लगती हैं इसलिए इस दिन गुड़ और तिल से बने मिष्ठान्न या पकवान बनाए, खाए और बांटे जाते हैं। इनमें गर्मी पैदा करने वाले तत्वों के साथ ही शरीर के लिए लाभदायक पोषक पदार्थ भी होते हैं। उत्तर भारत में इस दिन खिचड़ी का भोग लगाया जाता है। गुड़-तिल, रेवड़ी, गजक का प्रसाद बांटा जाता है।

०७. *स्नान, दान, पुण्य और पूजा*

माना जाता है कि इस दिन सूर्य अपने पुत्र शनिदेव से नाराजगी त्यागकर उनके घर गए थे इसलिए इस दिन पवित्र नदी में स्नान, दान, पूजा आदि करने से पुण्य हजार गुना हो जाता है। इस दिन गंगासागर में मेला भी लगता है। इसी दिन मलमास भी समाप्त होने तथा शुभ माह प्रारंभ होने के कारण लोग दान-पुण्य से अच्छी शुरुआत करते हैं। इस दिन को सुख और समृद्धि का माना जाता है।

०८. *पतंग महोत्सव का पर्व*

यह पर्व 'पतंग महोत्सव' के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। पतंग उड़ाने के पीछे मुख्य कारण है कुछ घंटे सूर्य के प्रकाश में बिताना। यह समय सर्दी का होता है और इस मौसम में सुबह का सूर्य प्रकाश शरीर के लिए स्वास्थ वर्द्धक और त्वचा व हड्डियों के लिए अत्यंत लाभदायक होता है। अत: उत्सव के साथ ही सेहत का भी लाभ मिलता है।

०९. *ऐतिहासिक तथ्‍य*

हिन्दू धर्मशास्त्रों के अनुसार मकर संक्रांति से देवताओं का दिन आरंभ होता है, जो आषाढ़ मास तक रहता है। महाभारत काल में भीष्म पितामह ने अपनी देह त्यागने के लिए मकर संक्रांति का ही चयन किया था। मकर संक्रांति के दिन ही गंगाजी भगीरथ के पीछे-पीछे चलकर कपिल मुनि के आश्रम से होती हुई सागर में जाकर मिली थीं। महाराज भगीरथ ने अपने पूर्वजों के लिए इस दिन तर्पण किया था इसलिए मकर संक्रांति पर गंगासागर में मेला लगता है।

इसी दिन सूर्य अपने पुत्र शनि के घर एक महीने के लिए जाते हैं, क्योंकि मकर राशि का स्वामी शनि है। इस दिन भगवान विष्णु ने असुरों का अंत करके युद्ध समाप्ति की घोषणा की थी। उन्होंने सभी असुरों के सिरों को मंदार पर्वत में दबा दिया था। इसलिए यह दिन बुराइयों और नकारात्मकता को खत्म करने का दिन भी माना जाता है।

१०. *वार युक्त संक्रांति*

ये बारह संक्रान्तियां सात प्रकार की, सात नामों वाली हैं, जो किसी सप्ताह के दिन या किसी विशिष्ट नक्षत्र के सम्मिलन के आधार पर उल्लिखित हैं; वे ये हैं- मन्दा, मन्दाकिनी, ध्वांक्षी, घोरा, महोदरी, राक्षसी एवं मिश्रिता। घोरा रविवार, मेष या कर्क या मकर संक्रान्ति को, ध्वांक्षी सोमवार को, महोदरी मंगल को, मन्दाकिनी बुध को, मन्दा बृहस्पति को, मिश्रिता शुक्र को एवं राक्षसी शनि को होती है। 

कोई संक्रान्ति यथा मेष या कर्क आदि क्रम से मन्दा, मन्दाकिनी, ध्वांक्षी, घोरा, महोदरी, राक्षसी, मिश्रित कही जाती है, यदि वह क्रम से ध्रुव, मृदु, क्षिप्र, उग्र, चर, क्रूर या मिश्रित नक्षत्र से युक्त हों।

११. *नक्षत्र युक्त संक्रांति*

२७ या २८ नक्षत्र को सात भागों 

में विभाजित हैं- ध्रुव (या स्थिर)- उत्तराफाल्गुनी, उत्तराषाढ़ा, उत्तराभाद्रपदा, रोहिणी, मृदु- अनुराधा, चित्रा, रेवती, मृगशीर्ष, क्षिप्र (या लघु)- हस्त, अश्विनी, पुष्य, अभिजित, उग्र- पूर्वाफाल्गुनी, पूर्वाषाढ़ा, पूर्वाभाद्रपदा, भरणी, मघा, चर- पुनर्वसु, श्रवण, धनिष्ठा, स्वाति, शतभिषक क्रूर (या तीक्ष्ण)- मूल, ज्येष्ठा, आर्द्रा, आश्लेषा, मिश्रित (या मृदुतीक्ष्ण या साधारण)- कृत्तिका, विशाखा। उक्त वार या नक्षत्रों से पता चलता है कि इस बार की संक्रांति कैसी रहेगी।

१२. *देवताओं का दिन प्रारंभ*

हिन्दू धर्मशास्त्रों के अनुसार मकर संक्रांति से देवताओं का दिन आरंभ होता है, जो आषाढ़ मास तक रहता है। कर्क संक्रांति से देवताओं की रात प्रारंभ होती है। अर्थात देवताओं के एक दिन और रात को मिलाकर मनुष्‍य का एक वर्ष होता है। मनुष्यों का एक माह पितरों का एक दिन होता है। उनका दिन शुक्ल पक्ष और रात कृष्ण पक्ष होती है।

१३. *सौर वर्ष का दिन प्रारंभ*

इसी दिन से सौर वर्ष के दिन की शुरुआत मानी जाती है। हालांकि सौर नववर्ष सूर्य के मेष राशि में जाने से प्रारंभ होता है। सूर्य जब एक राशि ने निकल कर दूसरी राशि में प्रवेश करता है तब दूसरा माह प्रारंभ होता है।

मकर संक्रांति के दिन सूर्य उत्तरायण होता है। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने उत्तरायन का महत्व बताते हुए गीता में कहा है कि उत्तरायन के ०६ मास के शुभ काल में, जब सूर्य देव उत्तरायन होते हैं और पृथ्वी प्रकाशमय रहती है, तो इस प्रकाश में शरीर का परित्याग करने से व्यक्ति का पुनर्जन्म नहीं होता, ऐसे लोग ब्रह्म को प्राप्त हैं। इसके विपरीत सूर्य के दक्षिणायण होने पर पृथ्वी अंधकारमय होती है और इस अंधकार में शरीर त्याग करने पर पुनः जन्म लेना पड़ता है। यही कारण था कि भीष्म पितामह ने शरीर तब तक नहीं त्यागा था, जब तक कि सूर्य उत्तरायन नहीं हो गया। माना जाता है कि उत्तरायण में शरीर का परित्याग करने से व्यक्ति को सद्गति मिलती है।

हिन्दू धर्मशास्त्रों के अनुसार मकर संक्रांति से देवताओं का दिन आरंभ होता है, जो आषाढ़ मास तक रहता है। कर्क संक्रांति से देवताओं की रात प्रारंभ होती है। अर्थात देवताओं के एक दिन और रात को मिलाकर मनुष्‍य का एक वर्ष होता है। मनुष्यों का एक माह पितरों का एक दिन होता है। उनका दिन शुक्ल पक्ष और रात कृष्ण पक्ष होती है।

 नये साल 2021 में गैस सिलेंडर, UPI पेमेंट, चेक पेमेंट, Whatsapp, म्यूच्यूअल फंड समेत लगभग 10 महत्वपूर्ण सेवाओं के नियमो में बड़ा बदलाव हो रहा है।

चेक पेमेंट का नियम* :

1 जनवरी 2021 से पॉजिटिव पे सिस्टम के जरिए चेक पेमेंट होगा. धोखाधड़ी पर लगाम लगाने के लिए यह बदलाव किया गया है. चेक इश्यू करने वाले व्यक्ति को चेक जारी करने के बाद उसकी डिटेल जैसे- चेक की तारीख, लाभार्थी का नाम, प्राप्तकर्ता और पेमेंट की रकम के बारे में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक तरीके से जानकारी बैंक को देनी होगी. SMS , मोबाइल ऐप, इंटरनेट बैंकिंग या एटीएम के जरिए ये जानकारी बैंक को दी जा सकती है. बैंक आपके द्वारा दी गयी जानकारी को वेरिफाई करने के बाद ही चेक पमेंट को क्लियर करेगी. ये नियम 50000 रुपये या उससे अधिक के भुगतान पर लागू होगा.

 *फास्टैग अनिवार्य* :

केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की ओर से 1 जनवरी 2021 से सभी चार पहिया वाहनों के लिए फास्टैग को अनिवार्य कर दिया है. ऐसा नहीं करने पर आपको दोगुना टोल टैक्स भरना होगा. सभी टोल प्लाजा पर नकद लेन-देन को पूरी तरह से खत्म हो जायेगा.

 *हर हफ्ते बदलेंगे गैस सिलेंडर के दाम* :

1 जनवरी से हर हफ्ते गैस सिलेंडर के दाम में बदलाव किया जएगा, जो वर्तमान में महीने की पहली तारीख को होता है. तेल कंपनियां पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों की कीमतों में रोजाना उतार-चढ़ाव को दखते हुए इस पर विचार कर रही है।

*कांटैक्टलेस कार्ड से ट्रांजैक्शन की सीमा बढ़ेगी* :

RBI के मुताबिक नये साल में यानी 1 जनवरी से डिजिटल भुगतान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कॉन्टैक्टलेस कार्ड के जरिए भुगतान की सीमा को 2000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 5000 रुपये कर दी जाएगी.

 *लैंडलाइन से मोबाइल पर कॉल करने का तरीका बदलेगा* :

देशभर में लैंडलाइन से मोबाइल फोन पर कॉल करने का तरीका 1 जनवरी 2020 से बदल जाएगा. 1 जनवरी से लैंडलाइन से मोबाइल पर फोन करने के लिए लोगों को मोबाइल नंबर से पहले शून्य लगाना अनिवार्य होगा.

 *इन मोबाइल पर काम नहीं करेगा व्हाट्सएप* :

2021 में एंड्रॉयड 4.3 और आइओएस-9 से पुराने ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम वाले फोन पर व्हाट्सऐप काम नहीं करेगा. दरअसल व्हाट्सऐप अक्सर अपने फीचर्स अपडेट करता है, जिसक बाद 2021 में आईओएस और एंड्रॉयड स्मार्टफोन को सपोर्ट करना बंद कर देगा

 *म्यूचुअल फंड निवेश के नए नियम* :

नए साल में म्यूचुअल फंड में निवेश के नियम बदल जाएंगे. SEBI ने मल्टीकैप म्यूचुअल फंड के लिए असेट अलोकेशन के नियमों में बदलाव किया है, जो 1 जनवरी 2021 से लागू हो जाएंगे. नए साल में फंड्स का 75 फीसदी हिस्सा इक्विटी में निवेश करना जरूरी होगा.

महंगी हो जाएंगी गाड़ियां* :

कारें महंगी हो जाएंगी. कई कार निर्माता कंपनियों ने अपनी कारों की कीमतों को बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है. ऐसे में अगर आप सस्ती गड़िय़ां खरीदना चाहते हैं तो 31 दिसंबर तक का वक्त है. नए साल में गाड़ियां 3 फीसदी तक महंगी हो जाएंगी.

*UPI पेमेंट महंगा होगा* :

नए साल में UPI से पेमेंट करना महंगा हो जाएगा. नए साल में थर्ड पार्टी की ओर से चलाए जा रहे ऐप्स पर यूजर्स को एक्सट्रा चार्ज का भुगतान करना होगा. वहीं नए साल में GST रिटर्न के नियम बदल जाएंगे. इसके अलावा 1 जनवरी से सरल जीवन बीमा खरीद सकेंगे

2. *MSME Step-2*- 20000Cr will be infused as Subordinate Debt for stressed MSME. 2 Lakh SME will get benefit from this. Govt will provide 4000 cr to CGTSME Trust.
3. *MSME Step-3*- Their is a Fund of Fund to be created. Rs 50000cr will be infused as equity to standard MSME. Will help them to expand their capacities.
4. *MSME Step-4*- Definition of MSME changed. Investment Limit which defines a SME is changed. Now Turnover criteria is also introduced. Different between manufacturing and service SME is removed. Micro Units- Investment limit increased to 1Cr from 20Lakh. And Turnover can be upto 5Cr. Other changes are also done. WHAT IS A CPU?

WHAT IS A CPU?

When we talk about CPUs, be it in desktops or laptops, we start off
with its specifications. Things like how many cores and threads a
processor has or what is the clock speed? However, have you ever
wondered what exactly do these specifications translate into? Let's
take the example of the Intel Core i7-8750H processor and break
things down.
Intel Hyperthreading
This new 8th gen 8750H processor is a powerhouse and features 6
cores and 12 threads. This means it has 6 physical processing cores
which are fed in data to process, by 12 threads or otherwise known
as logical cores. To be more accurate, each physical core is fed in
information to process by two lanes of data concurrently, without
interrupting other process's workflow. This is done since
the physical processor (core) can process more than one set of data at one time. Moreover, refinements
in the technology has increased the performance of current gen CPUs by almost 2X. Intel calls this is
Hyperthreading and this technology is available in most of Intel’s 8th processor lineup, both on desktops
and laptops. AMD also has something similar but it calls it SMT or Simultaneous multi-threading. The
workings of which are slightly different.
Clock Speeds
Today, quad-core processors have become mainstream and almost all software and games can use the
available processing power. This processing power is also specified by clock speeds, which are currently
defined in GHz aka Gigahertz. This is the number of clock cycles—effectively, calculations—a processor
completes in one second, in billions. The base clock speed - in the case of the of the Intel Core i7 8750H
is 2.2GHz and the boost clock is 4.10GHz. This means that the 8750H can perform 2.2 billion
calculations (approximately) in one second and that too per core. Hence, each of the six physical cores
is capable of maintaining a 2.2GHz clock speed at ideal or basic loads. The boost clock number in these
specifications are generally represented as the max speed, but it can only be achieved by one of the six
cores. So, if you’re running a program that only uses a single processor, then you’ll get that full boost.
But if you’re using all available cores (six, in the case of the 8750H), they don’t all boost to that
maximum speed. One core would hit 4.10GHz, but other five might only go up to 4.0 GHz when Turbo
Boost is activated. (This also depends on your motherboard, and high end/enthusiast desktop
motherboards will allow these numbers to go higher than low-end ones. However, that is something we
are not talking about today)
Heating issue
The only problem in achieving more speed (GHz) is heat. All these processors, Intel and even AMD ones
for that matter have an upper limit to how much heat they can work in without frying themselves. The
rule of thumb is, the higher the performance, more heat the CPU generates. Over the years both Intel
and AMD have refined their processors to be efficient but there is one other drawback.
So, if a CPU keeps at it for a longer period of time, it will eventually drop performance to maintain
internal stable temperatures at which it can work properly. This is where things like ASUS AAS,
Overboost tech, 12V fans and the specially designed cooling components in an ASUS laptop come into
play. These technologies have been derived from much research and allow gaming laptops to perform
at their best for longer periods. Moreover, features like ADC does not let the heat fins clog themselves
with grime and dirt which is one of the main reasons in the performance drop some other gaming
laptops see within a year.

AMD vs Intel 2020: Who Makes the Best CPUs?

If you are looking for the best gaming CPU or the best CPU for desktop applications, there are only two choices to pick from: AMD and Intel. That fact has spawned an almost religious following for both camps, and the resulting flamewars, that make it tricky to get unbiased advice about the best choice for your next processor. But in many cases, the answer is actually very clear. In fact, for most users, it's a blowout win in AMD's favor. 

This article covers the never-ending argument of AMD vs Intel desktop CPUs (we're not covering laptop or server chips) based on what you plan to do with your PC, pricing, performance, driver support, power consumption and security. There's a clear winner overall, but which brand of CPU you should buy depends most on what kind of features, price and performance are important to you.

AMD vs Intel CPU Pricing and Value

Pricing is the most important consideration for almost everyone, and AMD is hard to beat in the value department. The company offers a plethora of advantages, like bundled coolers and full overclockability on all models, not to mention complimentary software that includes the innovative Precision Boost Overdrive auto-overclocking feature.

You also benefit from the broad compatibility of Socket AM4 motherboards that support both forward and backward compatibility, ensuring that not only do you get the most bang for your processor buck, but also your motherboard investment. AMD also allows overclocking on all but its A-Series motherboards (see our article on how to overclock AMD Ryzen), which is another boon for users.

And, in this battle of AMD vs Intel CPUs, we haven't even discussed the actual silicon yet. AMD's modern processors tend to offer either more cores or threads and faster PCIe 4.0 connectivity at every single price point, which we'll cover below.

Even though we have seen some price easing on Intel's high end-desktop (HEDT) models, the company continues to charge a premium for its silicon. Intel includes bundled coolers with its non-overclocking SKUs (you have to pay more to overclock), but they are flimsy and 'good enough,' at best. We've even seen cases where Intel's stock coolers don't provide full performance at stock settings. They certainly aren't comparable to AMD's standard fare, which even spans up to RGB coolers with some processors. 

Intel also doesn't throw in a cooler at all for its pricey overclockable K-series SKUs (see our article on how to overclock an Intel CPU). Be sure to budget in a cooler (and a beefy one at that) if you plan on overclocking an Intel processor. Meanwhile, most of AMD's bundled coolers are suitable for at least moderate overclocking. If you're looking for a budget Intel chip, though, the Core i5-9400F is certainly worthy of consideration. It lacks integrated graphics and overclocking, but $125 is actually a decent price for an Intel Core i5.

Intel not only charges a premium for its overclockable K-Series chips, but you'll also need to shell out for a pricey Z-Series motherboard for the privilege of tuning your processor—Intel doesn't allow overclocking on B- or H-series motherboards. Intel also has a long history of rapid socket transitions, meaning the odds of dropping a new chip into your existing motherboard, or taking the older processor over to a newer board, aren't as high. Plan for limited forward and backward compatibility on the Intel side. You'll also miss out on PCIe 4.0 connectivity—Intel remains mired on the PCIe 3.0 bus that offers half the transfer speed of AMD's PCIe 4.0 connection.

While AMD offers the most bang for your hard-earned dollar, as with any type of product, you can expect to pay a premium for the utmost performance—in particular the Ryzen 9 3950X. Intel has long enjoyed a commanding performance lead over AMD processors in many metrics. Still, even though the company continues to charge a premium, its days of a clear-cut performance leadership have largely come to an end.
